Highlights & gags

Highlights: color matching lines

#highlight {pattern} {color}

#colour and #color also work. This colors lines that contain the pattern. Colors include yellow, red, cyan, green and magenta.

  • #highlight lists your highlights.
  • #unhighlight {pattern} removes one. #uncolour and #uncolor also work. Lines already on screen keep their color.
#highlight {You hit} {yellow}
#highlight {hits you} {red}
#highlight {says} {cyan}
#highlight {tells you} {green}
#highlight {Your experience} {magenta}
#colour {Critical} {red}
#color {You miss} {yellow}
#highlight                        list highlights
#unhighlight {says}

Gags: hide matching lines

#gag {pattern}

This hides lines that contain the pattern. They are not shown at all.

  • #gag lists your gags.
  • #ungag {pattern} removes one, and those lines show again.
#gag {repop}
#gag {has arrived.}
#gag {leaves north.}
#gag {Your stomach grumbles.}
#gag {The sun rises.}
#gag                              list gags
#ungag {repop}

Patterns are literal text unless you turn on regex for that entry in the Triggers editor (Script › Triggers, or ⌘⇧I). Highlights and gags appear there too, with on/off switches.
